Prices for this service are all over the place because the service itself is not standardised. Two quotes for "wedding content" can describe genuinely different work. Here is how to read them.
The ranges
- Three hours, ceremony and early reception: €300 to €450
- Six hours, prep through first dances: €600 to €850
- Ten hours, full day to the end: €800 to €1,200
- Two creators on a large wedding: add 70 to 90 percent
Outside Málaga province, add travel and, past a certain distance, a night of accommodation. Anyone quoting a flat national rate has not thought about the drive.
What moves the price up
Hours first, always. After that: number of edited reels, whether live stories are included, guest count above about 150, a second creator, and delivery speed. A same-morning turnaround costs more than next-day for an obvious reason.
What a cheap quote usually leaves out
- The unedited footage. Ask explicitly whether you receive everything shot, or only the cuts.
- Usage rights. You should be able to post anything, anywhere, forever.
- Live stories during the day, which is labour on the day rather than in the edit.
- A named person. Some agencies do not tell you who is coming until the week before.
How to compare two quotes fairly
Put both on the same line: hours on site, number of edited pieces, delivery deadline in hours, unedited gallery yes or no, and who specifically is filming. Four of those five are usually where the difference hides, and none of them is the headline number.
What we charge
Three packages: €300 for three hours, €600 for six, €800 for the full day (launch pricing, twenty percent off, held through 2027 for any date booked now). Unedited gallery included in all three. VAT not included. Dates are held with a thirty percent deposit.
