Your enquiry
When you send the form we receive your name, email, phone, wedding date, venue, package and message. We use them to answer you and prepare your quote. The form opens WhatsApp or your email app with those details, and we also keep a copy in our client management tool (Hubents) so nothing gets lost.
Analytics cookies, only if you accept
If you accept them, this site records which pages you visit, for how long and where you came from (for example Instagram or Google). If you later send an enquiry, that visit is linked to it, so we know what interested you. If you decline, nothing of this is recorded. Separately, we count anonymous visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and no personal data.
What is stored in your browser
Your cookie choice (unposed_consent_v1). Only with your consent: an anonymous visitor id and the current visit (hb_vid, hb_sess), set by Hubents. You can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Who handles the data for us
Hubents (our client management tool, in the EU), Vercel (the hosting of this site) and, only if you choose to write on WhatsApp, Meta.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry, for as long as we are in touch about your wedding and the periods the law requires afterwards. Browsing data, 13 months at most.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use or take it with you, by writing to hello@unposedweddingsocials.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time below. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
